§ 16372

Added by Stats. 1945, Ch. 121.

Whenever any law provides for the payment of money into the treasury which has been collected or received for specific purposes by any State agency, and no fund has been created in the treasury to which it is to be credited, the money shall be credited to the “Special Deposit Fund,” and shall be held subject to the right of the State agency to recover it, on claims properly presented, for fulfilling the purposes for which the money was collected or received.
