§ 16377

Added by Stats. 1989, Ch. 155, Sec. 1.

There is permanently established in the Special Deposit Fund in the State Treasury the Child Support Intercept Account which shall be continuously available pursuant to Section 16372 for the payment of child and spousal support obligations. The account shall consist of all moneys obtained by the state pursuant to child and spousal support intercept programs.
