The Controller may transfer to the State Pay Roll Revolving Fund the contributions required by Sections 20751, 20752, 20782, 20783, 22881, and 22883, and upon certification by the Board of Administration of the Public Employees’ Retirement System in accordance with Sections 20754 and 20784, may transfer from the State Pay Roll Revolving Fund to the Public Employees’ Retirement Fund and the Old Age and Survivors’ Insurance Revolving Fund the amounts of contributions so certified.
