§ 25350.11

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 746, Sec. 9. Effective January 1, 1996.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, the sum of the amounts pledged with respect to any fiscal year pursuant to Sections 25350.6, 25350.8, and 25350.10 shall not exceed the amounts to be paid in that fiscal year on the certificates of participation or lease revenue bonds entitled to the pledge described in those sections.
