§ 50837

Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.

The board shall make an annual report in June to the legislative body of the local agency. The report shall state:

(a)The condition of the fund.
(b)The receipts and disbursements on account of the fund.
(c)A list of the beneficiaries of the fund and the amounts paid them.
