§ 50838

Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.

The board may compel witnesses to attend and testify before it upon matters concerning the system established by this chapter. Such testimony shall be taken in the same manner as testimony is taken before notaries public. The president or a member of the board may administer oaths to witnesses.
