§ 52101

Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1550, Sec. 1.

An authority may, subject to the approval of the governing body, do all of the following:

(a)Sue and be sued.
(b)Have a seal and alter it.
(c)Have a perpetual succession.
(d)Make and execute contracts and other instruments necessary or convenient to the exercise of its powers.
