§ 52105

Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1550, Sec. 1.

An authority shall apply for and obtain any permits, licenses, certificates, or approvals that may be necessary for an authority owned and operated energy project, and may construct, maintain, and operate energy projects in accordance with these licenses, permits, certificates, or approvals.
