§ 66540.55

Added by Stats. 2007, Ch. 734, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2008.

The authority shall prescribe a method of securing employees, shall adopt rules and regulations governing the employment of employees, and shall prescribe the compensation to be paid to employees, including the provision of compensation based upon successful accomplishment of goals and objectives specified in advance.
