§ 66540.57

Added by Stats. 2007, Ch. 734, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2008.

The authority may establish a retirement system for the officers and employees of the authority and provide for the payment of annuities, pensions, retirement allowances, disability payments, and death benefits or any of them.
