Added by Stats. 2025, Ch. 728, Sec. 1. (AB 1339) Effective January 1, 2026. Repealed as of January 1, 2031, pursuant to Section 13855.

Implementation of this chapter is contingent upon an appropriation by the Legislature for purposes of this chapter in the annual Budget Act or another statute.
