§ 13855

Added by Stats. 2025, Ch. 728, Sec. 1. (AB 1339) Effective January 1, 2026. Repealed as of January 1, 2031, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Chapter 6, commencing with Section 13850.

This chapter shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2031, and as of that date is repealed.
