§ 2020

Amended by Stats. 2023, Ch. 47, Sec. 15. (AB 134) Effective July 10, 2023.

There is and shall continue to be a state prison known as the San Quentin Rehabilitation Center. Any reference to the California State Prison at San Quentin shall be a reference to the San Quentin Rehabilitation Center.
