§ 5007.5

Repealed and added by Stats. 2019, Ch. 570, Sec. 5. (AB 45) Effective January 1, 2020.

The Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation shall not charge a fee for an inmate-initiated medical visit of an inmate confined in the state prison.
