§ 563

Added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 1199, Sec. 1. Effective September 29, 1980.

Notwithstanding Article 2.5 (commencing with Section 65) of Chapter 2 of Division 1 of the Harbors and Navigation Code and Part 6 (commencing with Section 12570) of Division 6 of the Water Code, the department shall perform the duties imposed on it pursuant to this article.
