§ 26566

Added by Stats. 1979, Ch. 1118.

If it appears at the hearing that owners of more than 50 percent of the assessed valuation of the proposed district object to the formation thereof, the legislative body shall thereupon close the hearing and direct that proceedings for the formation of a district be abandoned.
