§ 26588

Added by Stats. 1979, Ch. 1118.

The powers and duties conferred by the Improvement Act of 1911 or the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 or the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 on the various boards, officers, and agents of cities shall be exercised by the corresponding boards, officers, and agents of the district.
