§ 30917

Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 727, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2003.

The board shall provide opportunity for public review and comment in awarding funds pursuant to this chapter, and may, in consultation with the State Coastal Conservancy, adopt regulations to implement this chapter.
