§ 32366

Added by Stats. 2009, 7th Ex. Sess., Ch. 5, Sec. 37. (SB 1 7x) Effective February 3, 2010.
(a)The conservancy may acquire from willing sellers or transferors interests in real property and improve, lease, or transfer interests in real property, in order to carry out the purposes of this division.
(b)The conservancy shall use conservation easements to accomplish ecosystem restoration whenever feasible.
