§ 32608

Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 789, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2000.

Members of the board who are not full-time public employees shall be compensated at a rate not to exceed seventy-five dollars ($75) per regular meeting, not to exceed 12 regular meetings per year, and the actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties. Any member may waive compensation.
