§ 36991

Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 516, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2001.

The trust shall be subject to the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law, Part 2 (commencing with Section 5110) of Division 2 of Title 1 of the Corporations Code. To the extent of any conflict between this chapter and the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law, this division shall prevail.
