The source reduction and recycling program for school districts developed pursuant to Section 42621 shall, to the extent feasible, be designed to complement and further the educational goals of the supplementary educational materials developed pursuant to Part 4 (commencing with Section 71300) of Division 34, and the integrated waste management issues addressed within the science curriculum framework developed by the State Board of Education.
