§ 47002

Repealed and added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 35, Sec. 48. Effective March 30, 1990.

The Legislature further finds and declares that each household in the state should have reasonable access to legal, convenient, and environmentally safe methods for the disposal of hazardous substances commonly found in and around homes.
