§ 47101

Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 35, Sec. 61. Effective March 30, 1990.

Section 47100 does not prohibit a city or county from jointly implementing the household hazardous waste collection, recycling, and disposal program, or another local agency from implementing the program in the county pursuant to the mutual agreement of the local agencies involved in implementing the program.
