The California Endowment for Marine Preservation is hereby established. The endowment is subject to this division and to the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law (Part 2 (commencing with Section 5110) of Division 2 of Title 1 of the Corporations Code). If there is a conflict between this division and the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law, this division shall prevail.
