§ 4222.5

Added by Stats. 2011, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 8, Sec. 1. (AB 29 1x) Effective July 8, 2011. Repealed as of January 1, 2031, pursuant to Section 4229.

If a timely petition for redetermination has been filed pursuant to Section 4220, all legal action to collect the fire prevention fee shall be stayed pending the final determination of the department pursuant to Section 4224.
