§ 4878

Every person, firm, or corporation that neglects to have his or its mark or marks recorded, as provided by Section 4875, is debarred from all benefits arising from the recordings of the mark or marks, and the vendee or assignee of any such logs or timber is subject to the same regulations and restrictions.
