§ 5302

Added by Stats. 1939, Ch. 94.

The land may be within the corporate limits of the city or city and county or conveniently adjacent. In either case it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the municipality acquiring it, and to its laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations.
