As used in this article, the following definitions apply:
(a)“District” means any regional park district, regional park and open-space district, or regional open-space district formed pursuant to this article.
(b)“He” or “he or she” means they.
(c)“Him” or “him or her” means them.
(d)“His” or “his or her” means their.
