§ 6238

Added by Stats. 1997, Ch. 293, Sec. 5. Effective August 18, 1997.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to preclude the application for funding of any project that would be eligible for funding under the terms of the National Sea Grant College and Program Act of 1966.
