§ 6305

Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 206, Sec. 3. (AB 2620) Effective January 1, 2013.

The powers granted by this chapter to the commission as to leasing or granting of rights or privileges with relation to the lands owned by the state are hereby conferred upon the local trustee of granted public trust lands

to which those lands have been granted.
