§ 6994

Amended by Stats. 1963, Ch. 705.

Leases under this article shall be for terms not to exceed 20 years with the preferential right in the lessee to renew the lease for successive periods not to exceed 10 years upon such reasonable terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the commission.
