All applications shall be accompanied by as many copies of such maps, drawings, and other data as may be prescribed or required by the board, and such maps, drawings, and other data are part of the application.

If for agricultural purposes the application shall give the legal subdivisions of the land and the acreage to be irrigated, as near as may be.

If for power purposes the application shall state the nature of the works by means of which the power is to be developed, the head and amount of water to be utilized, and the use to which the power is to be applied.

If for storage in a reservoir the application shall state the height of dam, the capacity of reservoir, and the use to be made of the impounded waters, except that for storage underground these additional requirements as to height of dam and capacity of reservoir shall be given as near as may be.
