Subject to Articles 9.5 (commencing at Section 11260), 9.7 (commencing at Section 11270), and 9.9 (commencing at Section 11276) hereof, the construction of the project is a single object and the units thereof collectively constitute one project.

The project as authorized by this part consists of the units provided for in this chapter.
