The director shall provide to each blind vendor access to all relevant financial data, including quarterly and annual financial reports on the operation of the state vending facility program and access to his or her performance rating or other personal data maintained by the department in regard to him or her.

A copy of all completed audits, reports, and investigations which affect the Business Enterprises Program for the Blind shall be sent to the committee of licensed blind vendors.
