§ 296

Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 416, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2003.

Upon any hearing or rehearing under this article, the court may order the child or any parent or guardian, or Indian custodian of the child who is present in court, to again appear before the court, before the social worker or probation officer, or before the county financial officer at a time and place specified in the order.
