§ 4440.1

Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 24, Sec. 122. (AB 1470) Effective June 27, 2012.

The department may contract with the State Department of State Hospitals to provide services to persons with developmental disabilities in state hospitals under the jurisdiction of the State Department of State Hospitals.
