§ 4520.5

Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 303, Sec. 576. (AB 731) Effective January 1, 2016.

Notwithstanding any other law, the state council shall determine the structure of its organization, as required by the federal Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act of 2000 (Public Law 106-402 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 15001 et seq.)).
