§ 4658

Amended by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1137, Sec. 2.

The State Department of Developmental Services shall insure that all potentially eligible clients are referred to the Social Security Administration for eligibility determination for Old Age Survivors Disability Insurance (OASDI).
