§ 4684.74

Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 76, Sec. 44. (AB 136) Effective July 16, 2021.

The State Department of Developmental Services shall only approve the development of ARFPSHNs or GHCSHNs that are directly associated with the identification of the need of regional center consumers residing in or at risk of placement in larger congregate settings.
