§ 4319

Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 24, Sec. 111. (AB 1470) Effective June 27, 2012.

To ensure a continuous level of competency for all state hospital treatment personnel under the jurisdiction of the State Department of State Hospitals, the department shall provide adequate in-service training programs for such state hospital treatment personnel.
