§ 5975.2

Added by Stats. 2023, Ch. 283, Sec. 9. (SB 35) Effective September 30, 2023. Section conditionally operative as provided in Section 5970.5.

CARE Act proceedings may be conducted by a superior court judge or by a court-appointed commissioner or other subordinate judicial officer.
