§ 9107

Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 1097, Sec. 13. Effective January 1, 1997.

The department may accept gifts and grants from any source, public or private, to assist it in the performance of its functions, and these gifts and grants shall operate to augment any appropriation made for the support of the department.
