§ 9567

Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 1097, Sec. 13. Effective January 1, 1997.

This chapter shall remain in effect so long as a waiver pursuant to Section 1396n(c) of Title 42 of the United States Code has been granted by the federal Department of Health and Human Services to the State Department of Health Services.
