§ 15847.7

Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 455, Sec. 62. (SB 804) Effective January 1, 2016.
(a)For purposes of Sections 15847, 15847.3, and 15847.5, “group health coverage” includes any health care service plan, self-insured employee welfare benefit plan, or disability insurance providing medical or hospital benefits.
(b)This section shall become operative on July 1, 2014.
