§ 15657.04

Amended by Stats. 2010, Ch. 572, Sec. 27. (AB 1596) Effective January 1, 2011. Operative January 1, 2012, by Sec. 28 of Ch. 572.
(a)The court shall order that any party enjoined pursuant to Section 15657.03 be prohibited from taking any action to obtain the address or location of any protected person, unless there is good cause not to make that order.
(b)The Judicial Council shall develop forms necessary to effectuate this section.
