§ 11250.7

Amended by Stats. 1982, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 3, Sec. 15. Effective February 17, 1982.

Except where inconsistent with federal law, the salary of a full-time certificated employee of a school district shall be prorated over a 12-month period for the purposes of determining eligibility for aid under this chapter.
