§ 11409

Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 977, Sec. 10. Effective September 13, 1982. Operative October 1, 1982, by Sec. 36 of Ch. 977.

To the extent required by federal law, the department shall establish specific numeric goals for the number of children receiving AFDC-FC payments who have been in foster care two years or longer.
