§ 11526.5

Added by Stats. 1997, Ch. 606, Sec. 24.5. Effective October 3, 1997.

The department shall enter into an interagency agreement with the University of California for the purpose of implementing Section 11526. The interagency agreement shall be subject to funds appropriated for its purpose by the Legislature.
