Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 286, Sec. 8. (SB 335) Effective September 16, 2011. Conditionally inoperative as provided in Sections 14169.38 (subd. (d), para. (1)) and 14169.40, or on date prescribed in Section 14169.41. Repealed on or after January 1, 2015, as provided in Section 14169.41.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this article or Article 5.228 (commencing with Section 14169.1), supplemental payments or other payments under Article 5.228 (commencing with Section 14169.1) shall only be required and payable in any quarter for which a fee payment obligation exists.
